How to Spell Relief “Re-Mag” – Carolyn Dean MD ND

It’s a common saying on our radio show – you don’t have such and such disease…you just have magnesium deficiency! And, it certainly makes sense if you just consider this: researchers have now detected 3,751 magnesium-binding sites on human proteins, indicating that its role in human health and disease may have been vastly underestimated. Yes, magnesium is a mineral used by every organ in your body, especially your heart, muscles, and kidneys. If you suffer from unexplained fatigue or weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, or even muscle spasms and eye twitches, low levels of magnesium could be to blame. In addition, magnesium is necessary for:

  • Activating muscles and nerves
  • Creating energy in your body by activating adenosine triphosphate (ATP)
  • Helping digest proteins, carbohydrates, and fats
  • Serving as a building block for RNA and DNA synthesis
  • Acting as a precursor for neurotransmitters like serotonin

Join us on tonight show as we discuss the many wonderful outcomes individuals and families experience as a result of using a The Completement Formulas and ReMag Magnesium Solution on a regular basis.

  1. I have read your “Invisible Minerals: Part I and Part 2” but am confused with all the magnesium products available, and not sure how many different ones are necessary. My questions are at the end, but first a little background:

I have had a total thyroidectomy (1997) and fought Medullary Thyroid Cancer (rare-tried one chemo but no other available) since then. I’m also a recent empty Nester, and have been in a mean and nasty divorce litigation since 2010, with no end in sight. Additionally I’m unemployed due to health, have had to move to new rentals 4 times in the past 5 years, have no friends or acquaintances due to divorce, am chronically depressed, and fatigued to the point of sleeping most of the time.
I take Tincture Opium to control chronic diarrhea, hydromorphone for bone tumor pain, xanax (obvious reasons), and Armour Thyroid on a daily basis. I’d like to discontinue all (except the Armour Thyroid) of these Rx medications.
Please don’t tell me to consult my doctor as the endocrinologist agrees with CBD Oil and “natural remedies” only off the record, and the oncologist walks out the door at any mention of “natural” or “supplement” as he’s afraid of losing his license! Being on SSDI, having $2500 in current medical bills, and having to borrow from family (also a conventional physician who discounts all natural approaches) for attorney fees and daily living expenses, I cannot afford to see a Naturopath at $200-$300 per visit as none are covered by Medicare!

    1) Should I spray on the trans dermal Magnesium (Oil), soak in the magnesium baths, drink the Magnesium/Bicarbonate Soda Water, and also use the oral drops (ReMag)? Or is doing all of this more than necessary?
    2) Can I use the ReMag at the same time as using CBD oil (which is touted as a remedy for many illnesses)?
    Thank You!
