  1. Wonderful show,I take 800 mg. Magnesium a day I don’t hold onto magnesium,I have lots of pain degenerative disc disease want to take your magnesium,but I need the laxative effect any suggestions ? Thank you sincerely LeaLydon

    • Hello, Lea- ultimately you want to have regular bowel movements and the way to achieve that is by using ReMag and get properly saturated! Why don’t you do a bit of both and see how that goes?

  2. Oftentimes I try what friends tell me what works for them. Currently my sister and niece are having good results using Remag, Remyte, and Himalayan Salt. I’ve had CFS since age 12. I am now 72. I have been on above for two weeks. My sister asked that I let her know when I “have a glimmer of encouragement” using above. I was hopeful, but now to say that I am discouraged is an understatement. I will continue with the above at least till I use up the products. Margaret Lucas
