Tonight’s radio show topic comes from one of our customer’s. Like many other women, Kristin is struggling with hormonal issues that are not readily deciphered.  Kristin writes:
Hi, my name is Kristin and l have used your products for a while and just added some after watching a video on the keto diet [ReSet Your Ideal Weight].  I have already been doing a keto diet for about two years about 90% of the time.  I didn’t really need to lose weight, I just feel miserable when l eat carbs and then I overeat them.  My body fat is at about 14% and l do work out a lot.  My question is on my hormones. I am 34.  Is this affecting my hormones?  I get awful mood swings during my cycle.  And night sweats.  And breakouts.  But then my actual cycle is maybe a half of a day and very light.  Do you have any information on regulating my hormones while on the keto diet?  I try to use ReMag and ReMyte every day.  And I do use the ReAline and the RnA Drops sparingly.  I just ordered the Total Body ReSet kit hoping following the directions will help my hormone levels, too.
It’s easy to land the blame for hormone irregularity on diet or exercise but there is another source of hormone irregularity that many doctors and healthcare professionals aren’t even aware of. But Dr. Carolyn Dean has been working with yeast overgrowth since 1986 and is well aware of its disguises. Yeast overgrowth is a subtle yet complex biological condition in which the yeast fungus that lives in your intestines grows uncontrollably, producing 180 chemical toxins capable of making you feel dizzy and fatigued, causing you to crave sugar and alcohol, shutting down your thyroid and throwing your hormones off balance…all the concerns that Kristin reports.
Yeast overgrowth is one of the diseases of modern civilization – the culmination of the side effects of technology and the disservices of our way of life. Yeast overgrowth is a contributing factor to a list of chronic diseases that are getting longer and longer: heart disease, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Not only does chronic yeast overgrowth worsens all the above conditions but it’s in a whole disease category by itself.
