The majority of children and adults in America take one or more dietary supplements every day.  Today’s dietary supplements include vitamins, minerals, herbals and botanicals, amino acids, enzymes, and many other products. Popular supplements include vitamins D and E; minerals like magnesium, calcium, potassium, and iron, herbs such as Echinacea and garlic; and specialty products like probiotics and fish oils.

Yet, by the time you finish reading this email, another four Americans will have had a heart attack and another four will have had a stroke or heart failure. Heart attacks are the leading killer in developed countries. Worldwide, cancer kills 7.6 million people annually. Deaths from cancer are projected to reach over 11 million by 2030.

Throughout the world, 171 million people have been diagnosed with diabetes and over 500 million people are clinically obese.  As per the World Health Organization, obesity is a leading preventable cause of death worldwide and authorities view it as one of the most serious public health problems of the 21st century.

This week is the final week of February and we are concluding Heart Month with the fourth and final segment of our series on Heart Health –  although we are by no means done with the discussion! Over the course of the month, we’ve talked about the health effects of unresolved emotional conflicts,  the magnesium and mineral deficient heart and this week, on tonight’s radio show, we will be talking about an unrecognized threat to the heart – yeast overgrowth.

Yeast overgrowth – many would say? Come on, Dr. Dean – you’re pulling my leg!  Nevertheless, the factors and symptoms of yeast overgrowth are known to provoke symptoms of hypertension, insulin resistance [pre diabetic condition] and suppressing the immune system – not the best climate for the heart and one that can lead to debilitating outcomes.

Fortunately, there are simple strategies that you follow to reduce your risk and move into a power and positive health condition.

Tonight on our internet based radio show, we’ll  be talking with Dr. Carolyn Dean about  MORE Healthy Heart Strategies along with a wide range of health topics and safe solutions. You will love hearing the beneficial interactions with our callers and hosts alike including the body/mind connection, identifying the ‘conflict’ in the ‘conflict basis’ of disease and much more!!

SO…be sure join us this evening for another wonderful, information-packed broadcast. If you yourself are unable to make the show, you have the option to email me [Ginney] and have your question or comment included in our MailBag Segment that is featured in Hour Two. Remember, the valuable information, suggestions, and insights about your health choices can always be discussed with your doctor, should you choose to do so.

  1. Hi Dr. Dean,
Thank you for answering my (chat) question regarding taking Bentonite and Caprylic Acid for my yeast overgrowth symptoms. I recently had a cold virus, which left after two weeks. Then I started having periods of chills, fatigue and loose stools. I have a lightly coated tongue, which I’ve had for 3 years after taking antibiotics for bronchitis and pneumonia). I printed your PDF Yeast book and I’m reading the parts about the detox.
I did not hear you say I should also take Psyllium, along with the other two products. You did say something about a “two-prong” approach. Does this mean ONLY take the Bentonite and Caprylic Acid? I tried to call in for clarification after you addressed my question, but it was the end of the show. Many thanks!
P.S. Is it safe to take the caprylic acid if I also have silent reflux? I’m trying to follow the Yeast and Reflux food lists. Not easy.

    • Hi, Roz – GINNEY emailing you today. The two prong approach is that you starve the yeast of sugars by eliminating sugars, starches, carbs, etc. The second prong is that you use an antifungal like caproyl and the psyllium to break up the system infestation – so that’s the two-prong approach. Yes, you can take the caproyl – which is just coconut oil – with reflux – I did and it worked beautifully and once I got rid of the yeast my reflux disappeared!!!

  2. I would really like more good information on magnesium i do have the book the magnesium miracle to scared to take on a regular basis to tell you the truth

    • Hi, Julie! GINNEY emailing you today – goodness, I don’t know why you’d be scared – shoot, I give ReMag to my dogs and put it in my plants – it’s just the safest and best thing for every living being! There is tons of good information on this website – what else would you like to know?
