Tips for Working with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia

May 12 is International Awareness Day for Chronic Immunological and Neurological Diseases (CIND). The CIND illnesses include Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Fibromyalgia (FM), Gulf War Syndrome (GWS) and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS).

Over the last few years, I’ve had hundreds of emails written by people with one or more of these challenges who experience what I call, “Total Body Meltdown.” I’m glad to be able to share a couple of tips that I would follow if I found myself in any of these situations.

What is Total Body Meltdown?

I started to write a book in 2016 called Total Body Meltdown. Here is the description I used for my observations:

In 1988, in a paper about yeast overgrowth, I wrote about the downward spiral of health. Childhood vaccinations and antibiotics lead to allergies and yeast overgrowth; the birth control pill causes more yeast overgrowth; the immune system weakens allowing more infections and more drugs are prescribed. I actually witnessed the development of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and see it as part of yeast overgrowth and magnesium deficiency. Along with CFS came adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism. Each condition and symptom added onto the next. And no one grasps the larger picture. In Total Body Meltdown I list the common symptoms of a dozen different health conditions, which confirms to me they have similar origins. They include hypoglycemia, allergies, CFS, fibromyalgia, hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue, early menopause, Candida, leaky gut, IBS, estrogen dominance, ADHD.

About halfway through the writing process, I switched my direction 180 degrees and focused on completing the Total Body ReSet bundle and supporting information so that customers and readers could move toward creating more wellness in the face of any situation or condition.

Tips for Working with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia

First, I would begin my journey to more wellness by watching/listening to my webinar, Fibromyalgia and CFS: The Real Story. I suggest continuing this research by searching through my archives at: recordings, emails, and free books) blog)

Second, I would purchase a Total Body ReSet Bundle and follow the suggestions that come in the box on how to start using these products. In fact, if it were me, I would plan on starting out very slowly with very minute amounts of nutrients and increasing slowly, as you move toward saturation of minerals and other nutrients. All of my customer service representatives use these products and can help you start working with them. Additionally, we have a Total Body ReSet bundle specialist who can help you work with the bundle, too. Just ask to speak with her. Our current specialist is Julie. My staff can help you establish a consistent pattern of feeding your body what it needs.

Third, I would read my book, ReSet the Yeast Connection, with a view to starting the program once I had established consistent use of the Total Body ReSet bundle. Again, all of my customer service representatives are familiar with resetting your yeast population and can give you any support you might need.

Of course, the FDA would never let us say that our products can help you. But what we can say is that by providing your body with the nutrients it needs in order to increase the structure and function of your cells, you are creating more wellness around your circumstances. As you continue feeding your body needed nutrients and reduce your yeast population, you will find that the best is yet to come!
